Centrale Paris engineer, 10+ years in data science and AI.

Started my career as a data consultant at EY. I left for one reason: I wanted to build, not deliver slides. Moved to Tradelab as Data Scientist, then Hivency as Head of Data Science & Engineering.

Over the past 5 years, hands-on data & AI implementation missions for CAC 40 accounts — production-grade models, not top-down advice.

Havoop brings the same approach to SMBs: we diagnose, we build, we integrate, we hold in production. Not a consulting firm. A studio that ships.

Where we're going, and why we started here.

Our long-term bet

We start with French and European SMBs because that's the most under-served segment of the AI ecosystem today. Too small to interest €200k consultancies. Too specific for generic consumer solutions.

The real bet: build the operational AI infrastructure for the 25 million European businesses that can't afford a consultancy nor hire a Head of Data. Ten years to become the default AI agent for European SMBs — not a tool, an infrastructure.

Service funds research. Every diagnostic, deployment, and production sprint feeds what we build in the background, in the Lab.

    Most AI projects fail from lack of clarity, not lack of technology.

    The technology is commoditized. Clarity isn't.

    A good AI agent is like a good employee: invisible when it works.

    No one should have to learn a new interface to benefit from AI.

    Small and slow beats big and wrong.

    We'd rather have 10 clients whose agents actually work than 100 clients in pilot.
