Purpose
What is an AI diagnostic for?
Most SMBs that want to "get into AI" skip a step: understanding what they already do, as the team lives it, not as the org chart describes it.
Which workflows consume the most time? Which rest on one person's memory? Where is the data, and who checks it? Which decisions take up 80% of your team's time?
Until those questions have clear answers, an agent deployed on top will not hold. The diagnostic answers them in two to four weeks.

- A complete map of your critical workflows (between 5 and 15 depending on size).
- An AI maturity score on the 0–5 ladder, per department.
- A prioritised list of 3 to 5 high-return automations.
- The estimated time and financial gain for each.
- The technical and organisational prerequisites to put in place before deployment.
- A realistic, actionable six-month roadmap.
- A 90-minute restitution session with management.
The ladder is Turing Post's: L0 tribal, L1 individual experimentation, L2 machine-readable, L3 reliable data, L4 adaptive, L5 self-learning. We work from L0 to L3. We do not sell L4 or L5 to an SMB.
Each retained automation is annotated with its category (fixed flow or reasoning agent), its decomposition into moves, the planned autonomy level at each decision point, and the written commitment on what the freed hours become.

The four phases
Interviews
Week 1–26 to 12 individual interviews with the key people in your operations. 30 to 60 minutes each. Confidential.
Analysis
Week 2–3We cross-check what we saw, what we heard, and what your data says. We identify the gaps between the official version and reality.
Restitution
Week 3–4Presentation to management, handover of the document, prioritised action plan. You then decide whether you want us to deploy, or not. No obligation.

If you then entrust us with the deployment, 50% of the diagnostic price is deducted from the first month of the engagement.
If you are eligible for the Bpifrance Diag Data IA (by size and sector), part of a diagnostic can be covered by this public scheme. Havoop is not yet officially referenced by Bpifrance. We help you assess whether that route makes sense for you and prepare the file with the approved providers.

Frequent questions
How long does it take?
Between 2 and 4 weeks depending on the company's size and the complexity of your operations. A business under 10 people on one site: about 2 weeks. A 30-person company with several trades: 3 to 4 weeks.
Do we need to have tried AI already?
No. It is even better if you arrive without preconceptions. Most of our clients use ChatGPT occasionally, nothing more.
Do you access our data?
Only what is strictly necessary, and always under a signed confidentiality agreement. Everything is processed in France or in the EU.
And if we're not convinced?
No obligation to deploy afterwards. You keep the document, you keep the roadmap, and you can execute it with another team or in-house.
What is the Bpifrance Diag Data IA, and can you deliver it?
The Diag Data IA is a standardised diagnostic funded by Bpifrance and delivered only by officially referenced providers. Havoop is not yet on that list (referencing in progress). In the meantime, we offer an independent diagnostic calibrated on the same methodological structure, from €4,000. If you are eligible for the Bpifrance scheme and prefer the public route, we help you assess it and prepare the file with an approved provider.
