How long does it take?
Between 2 and 4 weeks depending on company size and operational complexity. A small business under 10 people on a single site: about 2 weeks. A 30-person SMB with multiple disciplines: 3 to 4 weeks.
Do we need to have already tried AI?
No. It's actually better if you come with no preconceptions. Most of our clients use ChatGPT casually, no more.
Will you access our data?
Only what's strictly necessary, always under a signed NDA. Everything is processed in France or the EU. GDPR-native.
What if we're not convinced?
No obligation to deploy afterwards. You keep the document, you keep the roadmap, and you can execute it with another team or in-house.
What is the Bpifrance Diag Data IA, and can you deliver it?
The Diag Data IA is a standardized diagnostic funded by Bpifrance (the French public investment bank) and delivered only by officially listed providers. Havoop isn't on that list yet (listing in progress). Meanwhile, we offer an independent diagnostic calibrated on the same methodological structure, starting at €4,000. If you're eligible for the Bpifrance program and prefer the public route, we help you assess it and prepare the application with an approved provider.
